Position: Fullstack Developer Locations: Chicago, IL Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: Responsibilities • Lead design, architecture, and development of fullstack applications using React (frontend), Node.js (backend), and Java Spring Boot (backend services). • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. • Guide, mentor, and set best practices for a team of developers. • Design and implement clean, efficient APIs and microservices. • Ensure code quality through automated tests and code reviews. • Oversee application deployments and troubleshoot critical production issues. • Stay updated on industry trends and introduce appropriate technologies and processes. Required Skills and Experience • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including technical leadership roles. • Strong expertise in React, Node.js, and Java Spring Boot — must be able to code and architect in all three. • Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures. • Deep knowledge of RESTful API design, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services. • Proficiency with modern DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Able to work onsite in Chicago, IL. Education • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
